Therapeutic Ultrasound

We are delighted to be offering Therapeutic Ultrasound Treatments from our Southsea/Eastney treatment room.

What is Therapeutic Ultrasound?

Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to deliver heat and pro-inflammatory responses to promote healing in soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons) to reduce pain and increase soft tissue mobility and extensibility. It is not diagnostic ultrasound (imaging).

Can be used as a single treatment or combined with remedial massage or physiotherapy treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is back on the menu. Available ar our Southsea Treatment room. A lovely warming treatment.

Pilates Class Update

Our Tuesday evening Pilates class is now full. We have some space available on our new beginners Thursday morning 09:30-10:30 and evening class 6-7pm at Eastney Methodist Church.

Contact me to book.

£10 per class or £8 per class when block booking a class of 6.

Additional Evening Pilates Class

Thurs 6-7pm

Join our beautifully tailored beginners Pilates Classes, comprising of a gentle warm up, followed by a series of strengthening, joint mobility and stretching exercises, finishing with a 10 minute relaxation meditation.

New Treatment Alert!

I was lucky enough to become qualified in Thai Herbal Compress Massage in the beautiful Chiang Mai School of Massage in Thailand. It truly is one of the most relaxing, calming and stress busting treatments I have ever had.

A Thai Herbal Compress Massage combines traditional body massage techniques with the therapeutic heat and healing properties of steamed herbal compresses. The compresses, filled with natural Thai herbs, such as lemongrass, turmeric, kaffir lime, and ginger, are heated then kneaded and gently pressed or rolled over the body. This treatment soothes muscle tension, reduces pain, improves circulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation.

Available as 45 min 60 min treatments, or as an adjunct to our other wellbeing sessions.
